Todd mendenhall
President/CEO
Mr. Mendenhall maintains responsibility for the planning, implementation, managing, and execution of all the finance activities of Cleaning Connection, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and negotiations. As part of the executive management team, Todd provides leadership, direction, strategic recommendations, and management to the finance and accounting functions and team. An entrepreneur for more than 30 years, Mr. Mendenhall has started numerous business entities and sits on a variety of industry-related boards at the local, national and global level.

CFO
Mr. Willson is charged with managing the financial strategy, forecasting company growth and advising on long-term business operations planning. He maintains the integrity of all financial and operational software and directs the flow of activities within the multiple business units. Todd is responsible for companywide payroll, time tracking controls, department expense analysis, and the overall strategic direction of Cleaning Connection. Mr. Willson earned a bachelor’s in business management and master’s in business administration.
Blanca Mathews
General Manager
Ms. Mathews teams up with every level of management to provide the best quality of service at optimal prices for the customer. Her counsel is invaluable regarding employee relations and the company’s human resource affairs, with 30+ years of business, and operation experience. Ms. Mathews develops budgets, prepares proposals, maintains client relationships, manages dozens of employees and directs operations within her department. Blanca is integral to our success by working with all departments planning and organizing multiple projects. Ms. Mathews has a B.S. in Management Information Systems, with a major in business management and a minor in human resources management as well as being bilingual (Spanish and English). She also has a Human Resources Generalist Certification, as well as industry certifications: GBAC (Global Biorisk Advisory Council) Certification, which has an emphasis on SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19; RBSM (Registered Building Service Manager).
Pedro Contreras
Flooring and Disaster Manager
With more than 15 years’ experience in business management and supervision – 8 years dedicated solely to carpet and floor care – Mr. Contreras brings invaluable knowledge to our flooring and disaster recovery department. Pedro specializes in workflow planning, project management, logistics, and leading diverse teams to achieve outstanding results for all your floor covering needs. Mr. Contreras, who is also fluent in both Spanish and English, is IICRC Certified and proficient with X-Actimate Software to process insurance claims for restoration of any structural water damage.
Sonia Robles
Housekeeping Manager
Sonia Robles possesses 10 years of experience in customer service with the last 10 years being spent directly in the facilities management field. Along with being bilingual (Spanish and English) and an excellent communicator, she is a firm believer in leading by example and providing quality support to her direct team as well as the leadership team that she plays a vital role on. These commitments as well as her stellar work ethic has led Sonia to a successful role as Operation Manager. On the personal side Sonia enjoys travel, spending time with family and friends.
Reina mendoza
Sales Manager
A natural leader, Reina brings more than 6 years of experience to the Sales Department, including a background in Janitorial Operations. Being bilingual (Spanish & English), Reina also presents incredible communication skills to help continue to provide exceptional service for our employees and customers, new and old. A positive force, she uses strong motivational skills to keep Cleaning Connection striving for our world class standards.

Senior Account Manager
After 23 years of working at Cleaning Connection, Ms. Klemz has become an incredible asset to the team. Every department benefits from her in-depth knowledge about cleaning techniques, customer relationship building, response time, budgeting, forecasting and planning. Ms. Klemz holds certifications from the International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA), Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS), Global Biorisk Advisory Council (GBAC, which has an emphasis on SARS-CoV-2/COVID-19) and others from Hillyard.
